You are responsible for return shipping, and refunds are at our discretion if it falls under the following:

-  If you want a refund but can’t send device back 

-  If you have used the product but do not like the results

If granted a refund after the 14-day period, please note that there will be a 20% disposal or restocking fee deducted from the cost of your order.

If granted a refund, please note goods will be inspected on return and will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We ask that you ensure it’s packed properly so it does not get damaged.

We accept all returns, however, returns must be sent in original packaging and unopened, unless we agree otherwise.

We will not reship any items back if returned to us by mistake.

Once we have received the returned item and have verified it has not been used, we will issue a refund and inform you when this has been processed. if it has been opened, you may not receive a refund.
